Can someone give me strategies on how to finish his simulator dics? I can't seem to defeat winter soldier in a minute.

i did it by using his special right move that chrges then hits an opponet....if u do dat u should kill him in less than 30 secs giving u plenty of time to disarm the bomb

you have to keep pressing the consoles to get more time whil you defeat hime aswell. when it gets dow to about 20 seconds or 25 if you press the consoles you should have enuff time to defeat him, but you have to repeat it.
