  • go more hinge from the hips man to get more of a deadlift movement, Kinda looking like a squat there. By dropping the bells quite far behind your ankle, from this angle it looks like its causing you to loose good spine alignment.

  • no, in a dead snatch the KB should be in line with your feet. if it's behind then you generate a bit of swing as you lift it off the floor. Check out Steve Cotter's vidoes for how to do it properly...
