I enjoy to go Grand Cineplex to watch movie now.I would like to ask about that either Kung Fu Pop 2/Kung Fu Hip-hop 2/Jin Wu Men 2 and Xi You Ji will show in this cinema or not?Both movies are showing in China and Hong Kong soon.My friends and me expect both movie so much.Hope that u can reply me soon.Thx.
The most recent movie tat I've seen in ur cinema one 'Iron Man 2'. As u know, some major movies hav sneak peeks after their credits. I've been told that 'IM2' have one. So I was waiting for the credit to end when it was cut off! And there were still half the audiences sitting there! I was really mad. It happened a few times and I juz can't stand it anymore. I understand that u need to save time, but mayb u should cut it when ALL the audiences are out of the hall. Hope u're not offended.

@VillageMall i had similiar experince. i stood up and told the projector guy but he already started clearing the projector =( in Ironman 1, gurney cut the credits and went straight to the ending. Hope grand cineplex pay attention to extra tibits offered by the movies at the end
The Cineplex will be officially launch on 12th Feb 2010, with movies as follows : TRUE LEGEND (Chinese), 14 BLADES (Chinese), 72 TENANTS OF PROSPERITY (Chinese), PERCY JACKSON (English), THE WOLFMAN (English). Tickets will be on sale from 10th Feb 2010 onwards at the cineplex, or you can call 04-4226190 for ticket reservation or for more information. Please tell all your family and friends to experience this new cineplex this coming Chinese New Year.
actualy i am a big fans of transformer movie, but now i see the avatar movie , is good so the movie, not bad, anyway i am just waiting for the original blueray disk of avatar because collection big movies is my favourite ,plz remember support the original movies thanks.
ya i also hope grand cineplex will plan any events or function on the opening day,anyway i also hope villagemall can do more fair, like it fair,don't like pikom fair, just like cs, it fair....and many more fair...
oh, and the design of the seats are is position in a way that is going downhill? then thats good =)! good for short people. i always have problem when the ground is flat, and having a tall person sitting infront of me =/

just my 2cents. VM management should make this mall become some like IT mall to revive back this mall. (eg. mobile phone, computer). but dont make it like pasar malam, try control ur tenants.
the original main idea to make it as luxury shopping mall is total failure. no entertainment means no attraction. wealthy people tends to go to penang to shopping. pliz consider this idea fast bcoz another one big shopping mall (almost 800K feet sq+-) will be construct at SP utara toll. thanks.

@villagemall i kinda agree with affendi. The original concept of village mall was good, but the tenant weren't really luxuries. i ended up going to penang if i wanted to buy luxuries items. An It mall or anything focused would be good, as Sp does not have that. Everytime a pc fairs come, the crowd is always large. so i say an IT mall is good, and the cinema would attract non-it crowd too
