how can you open up the timescale? do you need to do devmap like COD4 and 5? can you tell me plese?

What you need to do is sv_cheats 1

then type in host_timescale (#) 1.0 being normal time and 20.0 being the fastest (well at least until my pc screws up)

Basically go to your controls tab in your options menu from there you can access which button to do whatever command. go on to advanced and tick (or cross) the box that says "enable console" then try it.
