  • i have saw three performances of black hole sun acoustic and this is my second best fav one.

  • My favorite Soundgarden song. He really plays it well acoustically. Truly great performance.

  • awesome

  • This man is such a genius he could rock it out playing the hair on his arse and I'd love it.

  • Serious talent.. A song John Lennon would or could have written.. Sung with as much feeling, emotion & desire as the great man himself..

  • they should release an acoustic album. but dang it, chris cornell can do this all by himself just playing the guitar like this and having that great voice!

  • A TRUE ARTIST

    SO ORIGINAL

  • Soundgarden is doin a reuion tour xD

So they will be touring untill next year or so..

And there will be a new album!

  • when this session was recorded? he`s amazing, wow!

  • Soundgarden is back together again.

  • How do you know they will only do some concerts and thats it???

  • @TheFragile89 they're back together!

  • boner!

  • He sing just as great live as on recording...........master

  • tout simplement magnifique

  • I really like his voice and lyrics... but there's only one thing missing. That's suffering. Imagine if this guy sang from pain and experience like, say, Layne Staley did. He'd be godlike.

  • You don't know anything about anything, therefore you must remain quiet.

  • So you think it's a shame he's healthy and positive? Ah well.

  • so what you are saying is that since he didn't have a well documented drug problem he didn't have pain and experience. I love Layne Staley. He was amazing. He truly was. But Chris Cornell is every bit as amazing as a lyricist and vocalist.

  • @myworstmistake now you have to be a drug addict to experience pain? lol

  • he can do that u know? on the billie jean cover he's very emotional

  • true, but take in account chris cornell had depression in his teen/early adult years so he does sing from pain

also he has a 4 octave vocal range which is fucking massive

  • Yeah hed be dead!! i have more respect for chris cornell he is a survivor,he ploughed through the shit and came out the otherside. so jesus christ pose has no pain and experience in it does it!! Maybe jesus should have sung it!!!!!!!!!!!

  • "Black hole sun won't you come... and wash away the rain..." Love this song! Cornell's the man!

  • Those were the days "Soundgarden's superunknow lp" under my arms ,some old friends,16 years...Now I'm 32 and what can we call music nowadays...fuck those were the days...

  • Drop D the E snare and play along!!!

    Love It

  • the version unplugged its best, except for the guitar solo of the other version

  • best song on earth!

  • just 1 of the greatest vocalist of our time

  • this is so awesome...

    i saw a version at vh1...

    fucking awesome dude..

  • friggin MAGNIFICENT

  • Alright I'll check it out.. Thanks a lot mom hehe
