Lol, that pocket thing got me laughing so bad. That was brilliant. Mr. Walgren , you are the best and Ms. Brazil too. Both of you did a great job. Thank you to the uploader. Without you, it would have been difficult for us to watch the trial. I watched from day 1 and now it's almost done and I wanna thank you. The only sad thing is that as I was watching, it finally hit me that MJ is gone. I was one of those who wished and hoped he was alive, especially as an artist who looked up to him and occ
Well, Murray has been found guilty but it's bittersweet. I believe CM was just a small player in those involved with MJ's death because I think there's more surrounding MJ's death than meets the eye. Either way, MJ is still gone, but we will always have his music to remember him. REST IN PEACE MICHAEL--WE LOVE YOU!!
Any defence attorney who is not as good and clever as Walgren , will be afraid to have him, i know i will...this Mr. Walgren is really BRILLIANT!!!!!!! Iwas laughing bec. the defecence attorneys looked highly sedated i think .
If you all can believe this instead of Dr. Murray calling 911 when he realized MJ wasn't breathing, not only did he wait 20 minutes before he took any action, he first called the security guard's cell phone & left a message for him to call back, then he ran downstairs to the kitchen to tell the Chef (Kai Chase) to go get MJ's son Prince (a boy) and send him up to the room. For what?? To see his father DEAD? Murray NEVER called 911 because he wanted NO scrutiny. He didn't give a shit about MJ.
OMG, I laugh at the most inappropriate things.. If I was on that jury I would not have been able to contain myself @ 2:09:50. Especially, when Mr. Walgren appeared to laugh himself..I think maybe he saw one of the jurors or something..Oh god. I'm still laughing. There have been some notable things in this trial.
@JustMeSTKK walgreen didnt laugh lol but lookkkkkkkkk she does the 1 that sits by walgreen lol its def funny as she puts her head down smiling trying 2 hold her composure lol
Can we get a petition going and request that Mr. Walgren consider running for President of the US? He is logical, reasonable, organized, intelligent and honest. Mr. Smith (Walgren) Goes to Washington? He is the type of individual that our country needs. I'd vote for him.
@barbaralies Wow, it's so crazy to see how minds differ. To me if he wanted to keep his job, he would have never accepted a position in which he would have been making $150,000 a month to provide a drug that's not approved for off label use for sleep. He would have said "NO" and kept his job as a cardiologist in Las Vegas or Texas wherever it was that he worked. That's how a person would keep their job...Don't sell your medical ethics and license for money.
@barbaralies I'm with you. this is all ridiculous. take away the MJ. aspect and what has happened is "WE NEED TO BLAME SOMEONE".....This doctor behaved like a greedy drug dealer and let the patient have access to drugs because the patient has MONEY......end of story. Put the doctor on trial as you would a drug dealer not for murder.
Drug dealers affect lives everyday and someone dies from an overdose but the drug dealer is not tried for murder.
@mgmpresident Conrad murray is NOT on trial for murder. He is on trial for INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER. Which means his actions were not malicious, but he was a direct cause of MJ's death. He failed in over 20 aspects of medical care. This case is different in the fact that Murray is/was a medical doctor, that means the drugs he had posession of were not illegal, but what he did was reckless and endangered the life of MJ.
@mgmpresident only difference is that drug dealer are not doctor.. remember the law.. the law requires that a person with medical training has a duty to rescue it's a concept that arises in a number of cases, describing a circumstance in which a party can be held criminally liable for failing to come to the rescue of another party in peril. drug dealers typically don't have medical background etc.. hopefully, you understand what i'm saying. the DA was clear about this.
@mgmpresident I don't think so ... considering the type of drug and the setting, I believe this would have gone to trial regardless of who the victim was. This is of course a celebrity case but the issue of doctors giving celebrities anything they want is a real problem, not only medically but legally. I think because a number of famous people have died recently via overdose, LA County has to take this type of thing more seriously than other cities.
I'm glad I'm not the jury having to listen to the closing argument of the prosecutor. He's just using the clock. He should have cut the fluff, he has plenty of realities to toast C. M. with...
@JustMeSTKK He did? Wow, I'm an idiot for not even recognizing it.. I've watched the videos you've posted many times. Well, you've done such an excellent job and we all know that Walgren is brilliant.. so him recognizing you're awesome work doesn't surprise me!!! Again, thank you so much. <3 Also, thank you so much for the video you posted last night " A Life of an Icon" :)
@JustMeSTKK Thank you for all of your hard work and diligence that enabled all of us Michael Jackson fans to see the trial. Your coverage was better than HLN (Btw, they gave you kudos also in the very beginning of the trial. That's how I came to your videos). Your work was so excellent, who knows, you just might get a job offer from a media network or something. You would most certainly deserve it. Many blessings to you and your family. lol.
@rocknroll773 I completely agree with every thing you said here. If it wasn't for these down loads I would have missed all of this so sincerely thank you so very much for all of your very hard work and dilligence. Sincerely appreciated. Great Job very well done my friend. Lovelove from New Zealand
@Chrissylaing1 Thank you for agreeing with me that JustMeSTKK's excellence in downloading these videos of the trial for all of us to see was hard work and diligent. For which we all are sincerely grateful for. Along with the prosecution, JustMeSTKK is our hero.
Okay, here we go again. I went back and watched VERY carefully and YES it is your videos Mr. Walgren is using! Sooooo, I stand by my first post and beg you all to ignore completely the second one. I think I need a nap, LOL. :-)
It is so awesome that David Walgren used your video uploads of the trial in his closing argument for the prosecution! What a great compliment to your hard work. I must say, in addition to the great job he has done for "the people" he also shows he has great taste by choosing to use your quality video uploads. Congratulations, kudos, and props to you. However, we already know you are the best and so are your videos! :-]
@adm5209 Okay, I feel totally stupid. For some unknown reason I thought I was seeing your STKK on the shot of the video spots when in actuality it was the STKK that you always have in the lower left corner. I guess my eyes were playing tricks on me. I think I've been staring at my computer screen too long. Sorry about that folks, but my last sentence still stands.
Bless you again and again for taking the time to do this, I so appreciate your effort in posting these segments every day. You literally made it possible for so many people to be involved in this critical case when they wouldn't otherwise be able to do so. Thank you, thank you, thank you ... and much L.O.V.E.
The best part was when the prosecution showed Dr. Wite pulling the IV line out of his pocket, then replaying it over and over and over....and over!! LOL #awsome! Walgren's the man!!
@H4TETH1S Yes, lol!! I also love how they had the "Rebuttal" clip pop up to make it look like the video messed up or something! haha @2:09:49 #PRICELESS!

Conrad Murray hates Prosecutor Walgren. He had the nerve to tell TMZ, that he was praying for the prosecutor, his associate and their expert witness.

How can Conrad Murray not stand up and tell the truth, I don´t understand it.
It´s the only way he can go on living, in my opinion.

I think Conrad Murray wanted to keep his job and to keep his job he had to make Michael sleep and in desperation, he gave too much propofol.
