and the point is to change the state of the material you have, which then depends in what situation you want to use it, who wants to use a pipe smoking keif outside for example, itd blow all over the place, this is where oil or jelly hash becomes handy.

and also quite a few people will mix keif, with oil to make it more managable, if you prepare oil right it will have evaporated, but that depends what you use to make the oil with.

The stickyness of it was always the biggest obstacle to over come for me. I don't really like using pipes or bongs so I had to experiment a bit to get it to were I could put it in blunts. We eventually ended up keeping the whole pan in the freezer so we could scrape powder out of it. I have to be honest. The year I was making unlimited amounts of oil was one of the only times I felt like I may smoke a little too much.

not that iv tried it, but i think the best way would be to make a dense grade bubble hash by using the biggest filter screen and the smallest one, when its dried you could mix that with a small amount of iso or butane for a relatively clean product when the alcohols evaporated off.

i think its a bit like making icing with icing sugar, if you mix with a lil water and the sugary powder becomes more dense and takes up less space, but more concentrated, probably the same with this, test with some keif and add a few drops of iso or butane, should become more managable, or is that "jelly hash"?

ok first off, when you make icing you dont evaporate the water. which is what you are supposed to do when making oil. and adding butane to already sifted kief defeats the purpose of making it at all. because the potency of the keif would not change and you would just be smoking hash with butane.
