DO NOT, buy linksys products...Especially the WVC54GCA. I had trouble for a year with Linksys not being able to setup this POS, and by the time I figured out the camera was simply garbage, the warranty expired. Now LINKSYS is telling me I have to pay for support , instead of letting me simply get a replacement. I tried to get a replacement in the beginning, but their tech support kept insisting I was at fault. ..Get a Belkin or NetGear, Their Customer Care is FAR Superior.

You setup WMC to know where your library is. It doesn't matter what player you use, just as long as it knows where to find the audio.

It connects via Windows Media Center, so WMC has to be installed on the PC you're using. I think it might only work with the Vista version though and not XP Media Center which is really dumb

I had a Windows XP Media Center on my computer but the OS crashed on me and my back up discs didn't work.  I think Microsoft has a way of forcing customers to upgrade to Vista and Im not about to do it. Im going MAC!!!

ummm..why didnt albert say a single thing in that entire review....or the girls, it was kind of awkward with the 3 of them just chillin there not saying a word. If you are tryin to put a social scene together- atleast have them be somewhat social...oook but that thing is frikken sweet for real, that would be convenient if you have a big house and you want to stream from your pc and wires aren't an option and you dont want to fiddle with your home network. Bauer always does an excellent job. FTW!
