Do what you are told and never think for yourself of for the betterment of your family and neighbors. We are under a dictatorship and we the people have allowed it to happen by NOT THINKING.
What they sould of said after they answered the question once should be "I cannot comment on that please go speak to my superior officers. Where you make them look like the worst possible they have there hands tied behind there back in fear of being puished
The National Guard is trained, equipped, and recive federal funding. They are a state asset, but they are also a combat reserve of the Army. So saying that they dont got to war is complete BS.
ummm...sorry but the Posse Comitatus Act does not Apply to the State Defense Forces, Reserves, or the National Guard (under State Command),or the US Coast Guard. The only time that the National Guard is bound by the Posse Comitatus Act is when they are called into Federal Duty by the president, congress or Both. Get you facts straight there bro.
Oh, and btw, just because someone questions authorities and doubts or has views different from the norm, does not mean he/she is a conspiracy nut or abnormal/ disrespectful or however the Mainstream Media (MSM) categorizes such opinions these days. I'm not affiliated with WeAreChange , but I have seen their info/evidence for their beliefs. They are not just spouting off random paranoia. They, and many others, have all kinds of justification their current thinking about whats goin on in US today
There have been some N.G doing specific training in Kentucky to put down gatherings of people in a time of "emergency". Training like a)how to encircle and block off towns/urban areas, b)how to quell masses of people who have significant numbers, c)how to approach and enter dwellings to subdue persons inside and take away their weapons etc. And the answers those guards gave about how they would follow orders over the constitution is very frightening. Check into this type stuff guys, it is comin
C'mon people..think a little bit. There were no other law enforcement officials who could have handled routine traffic direction?? They HAD to have the National Guard for something like that?? The N.G has been doing that for the past 5-6 years?? Think maybe the N.G is getting the public there accustomed to their presence?? Because the time is coming not too far from now when SHTF in some form or another nationwide and the N.G will be called to handle civil unrest and will confiscate peoples arms
@fndrjbass As in ARMY NATIONAL GUARD military police. MP is their MOS, i.e. their job. Simply calling them military police in no way shows their status as either federal or state. Since they're National Guard, they are under the order of the Governor primarily. I mean, really, go to wikipedia and look up Posse Comitatus Act; and while you're there try to learn something about the military before going off half-cocked.
Unfortunately, this is probably one of the worst videos I have seen on Youtube. You do realize that the National Guard is a State sanctioned organized militia right? Nearly 10-minutes wasted watching two morons harangue these poor e-4s about confiscate "guns, shoot resisters in the back of the head, or throw people into ovens to incinerate bodies". Very Sad.
MPs do not have arrest powers over civilians who are not affiliated with the Active Duty military, hence why they were only being used for traffic control. Believe it or not, Army soldiers are just like you and I - the military police even more so. Rarely do MPs perform "kill and destroy" missions, but rather serve in a patrol capacity and perform regular law enforcement duties in garrison and overseas. I'm not sure why this would be alarming to you, unless you are just ignorant to reality.
@ryanruns yes and no, If the Guard is called out they can, will and have arrested people. now for Federal Troops it has to be a act of Congress. so the only MP's that can arrest must be under the states Orders. if not they can't. but ya... I hate these people that think the Military is trying to take over. ga.. dumb drunk Conspiracy people.
@Dogmeat1950 thank you...people need to understand that the national guard is state funded, not federally funded therefore not "federal troops" at least not during war
I don't think they really intimidate anybody suck cop. You share the same problem most anti-americans do by not seeing the problem. Respect the constitution or get the funk out of law enforcement you prick.
Those filming and interveiwing in this video act as if we were under marshal law. If we pay for the MP's out our tax dollars why should we not use them as they are needed for ANY event be in public gathering or disturbance. I work in law enforcement and I am from Ohio, I feel that the MP's mear presence stopped many would be crimals from acting out and it also freed up police man power to still proform the regular patrols and beats that were needed
I agree rrsucks. We were probably getting more use out of those soldiers than we would have if they had been sitting around at some National Guard armory. Even though MPs have no arrest power over civilians, using them to augment the local police department to do traffic control and basic law enforcement duties seems like a smart thing to me.

Spoken like a good little NAZI. I wonder if he realizes that that excuse didn't cut it at the Nuremberg NAZI trials.
