sorry to say this but ichihime is onesided. go watch episode 266 (its a recap) but she sais that its impossible for all humans to share the exact same feelings and then they showed this scene meaning that ichigo doesen't share orihimes feelings.

She might be oblivious to the fact that Ichigo likes her, yet she thinks he's never really approached her that way. I think she's scared of what Ichigo thinks of her, and makes assumptions.
