Yeah at :25 you can see Rhett strumming the guitar and no sound coming until a few seconds later.
And I know this is from the live album because I've listened to it over 9000 times.

Listen to it another 9000 times because it's different. The Old 97's are just awesome live.
Listen to the last time he says "Rollerskate skinny," there is a short pause between it in the live version. Also when he yells "I BELIEVE..." it is much more raspy in the live version compared to the studio version.
