first of all its dump valve or BOV( blow off valve) more expensive is better.... but if your car has the standard turbo... dont replace the standard BOV. But yes different makes do different sounds.... HKS are the best make but also quite expensive

Uhh, the only time anything gets through a BOV is when the compressed air is getting let out. If, by some miracle, a tiny rock makes its way off the road and up through the engine bay, it'll only get forced out the BOV by the compressed air.

Keep it stock although, get a Perrin fuel rail, and install it with a new fuel pump. The stock fuel rails have a delivery problem, and the No.3 piston usually gets thrown.
