i really love this footage. i'm doing a film set in cane fields sometime late next year, and it would be great to use this old footage in the title sequence. any chance of getting a copy?
What Island is this? I remember when I was a little kid, living in Waipahu. Everytime they burned the sugar cane, the wind would carry the ashes of the leaves all the way to our school, and it would slowly fall to the ground. We would all be running around trying to catch it. Just like it was snowing black leaves . It was fun
