Ahh, classic fighting games. Where blood and gore WEREN'T the main objectives. (Hard to believe, right?)

Agree, but it's was a kids game back then. They would have add blood and gore and this game would be obviously rated M. But putting Mario and other rated e nintendo character into a rated M game, well they would definately made Nintendo a bad name and Kids would stop playing these games. And most likely to stop selling them. But Super smash bros. is a classic game.

@Bartmanhomer erm, to get this rated M ur going to need alot of blood and gore, people werent abled to create great graphics for games then, this game is for all ages, alot of blood or gibs would most certainly ruined the fps/performance and would be unattractive
