I think this is one of my favorite videos you've made. Your art is fantastic, and it's greating to see some of the work you did leading up to today. It's no wonder your mangas have such great drawings in them.
In one year I learnt 7 programming languages and made tons of popular or famous online games. In 4 years of practice my drawing is still not particularly good. I guess learning to draw very well is one of the hardest things to do...I really just want to make one short manga book that I can keep to myself and be proud of...you know?
If you enjoy doing it, then in my opinion, your an artist. Also, its not so much "society" saying your an artist, rather being accepted because of your art. A pay check doesn't hurt either.

Seems to me the road to getting published is 25% raw talent, 25% dedication and 50% pure luck. There are an incredible amount of amazingly talented artists out there who never get published but then, when I read the newspaper comics, I see "Close to Home" and the like and can't help but ask "why them?!?"
I especially like the picture of that one woman with the dress that extends way too long with so many little patterns and designs with GREAT detail to colors.. it's just very visually appealing to me. Also, you're at 350 000 subscribers soo.. yeah :D

If you enjoy doing it, then in my opinion, your an artist. Also, its not so much "society" saying your an artist, rather being accepted because of your art. A pay check doesn't hurt either.

Seems to me the road to getting published is 25% raw talent, 25% dedication and 50% pure luck. There are an incredible amount of amazingly talented artists out there who never get published but then, when I read the newspaper comics, I see "Close to Home" and the like and can't help but ask "why them?!?"

I especially like the picture of that one woman with the dress that extends way too long with so many little patterns and designs with GREAT detail to colors.. it's just very visually appealing to me. Also, you're at 350 000 subscribers soo.. yeah :D
