In my opinion, Westlife can outlast the other boy bands including Backstreet Boys because Westlife's core competency is their voices while Backstreet Boys fitted themselves as the boyband that the people of a generation would like to see. As they grew older, Westlife could still stand and sing while there seems to be something missing if the BSB do not dance. Considering their age and that of their fans, it no longer seems engaging to see them dance like before.

I LOVE both of them, talented and hard-working. The BSB probably became bigger than Westlife in most parts of the world but only lasted several years, while Westlife is famous everywhere around the world except the U.S. and have still been going strongly.
