Yes there is a way but if you can't find anything on cydia try asking these guys called UltimateCydiaSource... They have a YouTube so u should just email them or leave a comment on their page (they helped me with my ipod touch problems!

I think he is using backgrounder you can download it in cydia and it lets you run apps in the background and thats why it loads so quick anymore question feel free to ask!
