  • @1SweetSouthernBelle There's NO laws in place for people like me. I don't have a chance when NO lawyer has the guts to stand up against the city and state to fight for me. I've contacted at least 25 or more lawyers, some wouldn't respond, others claim to be too busy, and one took my money and done nothing other than not communicate anymore. I couldn't believe lawyers wouldn't take an obvious case, something isn't right with that! (Good ole boy system). A blind mind can see it's criminal.

  • @1SweetSouthernBelle The title co kept closing for them even AFTER they knew of the cease and desist, If no one believes it all you have to do is check the transfer of deeds dates not just with the city, but with the homeowners, it's VERY SIMPLE! I let the board know they were building during their cease and desist, but they did nothing! I'm so disgusted with it all and it's the worst experience I've ever encountered, I didn't know people could commit so much crime and get away with it all.

  • @1SweetSouthernBelle I'm the one who is on the bad end of the deal, but no one seems to care about it because homeowners that knew of all the crime committed chose not to fight, most didn't think anything would happen, because they saw how badly I've been treated. No one care the tears I've cried or how horrible my situation is. I'm treated as the criminal when it's plain as day criminal and civil acts has been committed. Who gets away with building 600 illegally built homes? The Blackwells!!!

  • @1SweetSouthernBelle Which means the only way the Blackwells (William Eric, Christopher, and their father William S. Blackwell) could fraud the IRS, city, state, and public was by fraud and false documentation. As I've said a million times their father was pretending to be the one doing the business when he wasn't even in the business for years, but he kept his license listed as active with the state licensing board. Sad thing is when the state found out they did nothing. (good ole boy system).

  • @1SweetSouthernBelle The TN law states anything built unlicensed over $25,000 is a class C misdemeanor, I the 600 homes built by Chris and Eric Blackwell were well over $100,000 each and some up to $400,000 and should constittue some felonies, but I guess not in Clarksville, TN. It's obvious they also committed fraud against the IRS by falsifying documents to pretend it was their father doing the business, because a person can't claim those sells to the IRS without proper licenses.

  • @1SweetSouthernBelle Thanks! I had a couple of lawyers who tried to get me to do what the builders wanted, because they knew them and many other lawyers didn't want to touch the case. I guess in Clarksville and the state of TN it's okay that builders falsely represent themselves as licensed, falsify documentation, lie and deceit to get homeowners into illegal home loans without the homeowner knowing it. They got 600 illegal permits without a license, putting 600+ people into illegal loans.
