I record the screen with Fraps, a program designed to capture video of games that are processed through the graphics card. It's a very good program, as it can record at the full 720p resolution without too much lag and with only minor color distortion in the product video file. Others may use programs like CamStudio, especially because it's free, unlike Fraps, but it's performance is much slower than that of Fraps.

Yes, you can. But you can only move once with house options. With skill menus, you can move as many times as you can click fast enough between the minimap/ground and the menu.

Sooner or later, Jagex will fix these glitches, or at least most of them. Seeing as these glitches really aren't very helpful, I may as well show some other people how to do them so they can have a bit of fun before the glitches get fixed.

You can get banned for abusing a bug that allows you to gain an unfair advantage. I would say it's pretty clear that being able to get stuck in trees isn't really much of an advantage, so in response, no, you should not get banned for this.

However, doing things beyond those I have demonstrated in this video, such as using the ledge north of Black Knight's Fortress to give people in combat an advantage (I will not say how this is done) would be bug abuse, so please refrain from such actions.
