@yamahafx1000 It's way louder than stock. It helps the power a lot with a mod motor and a little if it's stock. I'm not sure on the decibels.

@cooldude7c I ran it on the dyno with the 143 setup and it put out about 11 hp. I have since added a 165 bore with a stroker crank, manual clutch and a rev box so maybe around 15-16? I'm not really sure though.

I took a stock klx110 end cap and put it on my daughters crf50. It really made it quiet. Check into a quiet core insert.

there is an insert called the DB dawg, it goes into the end of your pipe and makes the noise exit sideways so it is quieter. they're like $30, could be worth a try. Supposed to be no negative effects to performance either

ya here in BC Canada the cops would chase me on my dirt bike but i have a full size bike on the roads and highways, but i never got cough. my friend said they take your bike, and you get a fine but you can get the bike back after fine i think. good luck lol

I've seen you're videos before, I think we've even chatted... Very nice track, it's cool that your neighbors don't give you a hard time, I assume they don't anyway. I just bought a bone stock klx yesterday, and I'm gunna do a big bore kit, suspension mods, you know, all that stuff... BTW, what BBK would you recommend? I'm thinking about either TB 143cc or TB 165cc, can you give a fellow AL resident some advice?

I would go as big as possible without having to run race gas. I'm not sure if you would have to run it on the 165 but on my 172 I have to. I paid $70 for the last 5 gallons I bought so stay away from having to do that. I like Trail Bikes stuff simply because of the price and it's pretty good quality. Good luck!

anyway, i'm seriously considering buying the 110 in the near future and you're getting some pretty good air on those jumps, what gear are you in when you hit the jumps? is it second or third? i don't wanna hit the top of the rpm range and drop the power in 2nd, or be at the bottom of 3rd and lose too much speed...

All the tracks that we ride our 2nd gear. 3rd Gear on a 110 is to high speeded to do much with. You need to get a 110 because there really a lot of fun.

I'm five nine, five ten ish, but i'm a stick figure with my weight so little engines can carry me pretty fast. Let's just say for a 110, it'll be one cc per pound of body weight, lol. I'm hoping that means hitting jumps a lot higher ;D

CRF is to Honda bikes as KLX is to Kawasaki bikes. it's the designation for "this is our smaller size dirt bike or pit bike." ;D

So this means a CRF 110 is a pitbike from Honda that is the same or very similar in design to a KLX 110 shown here in this video. Once you get into the sport a little more it'll be easier to memorize what companies use what letters, you'll get it in no time =)
