PCSX2 - Katamari Bugs

These specs will run most if not all PCSX2 games at full speed. (if you get 60+fps and have skipping try setting PCSX2 process priority to high)

i have that problem too im will start game and the launch video is stoped im have this problem too and im now search ways to get the game work

@Bushmann444 you need a hack that removes that start video... I forgot how to implement it but ill tell you when I find out.

@Bushmann444 go to misc enable patches then go to misc patch browser. add a patch. set address to 0x0010ec5c set data to 0x10000041 Group 0 CPU EE Enabled yes ptp 0 type word

you should be set to go.

@Bushmann444 I found out you only need to check enable patches. If it doesn't work you probably have the pal version which doesn't work.

@Bushmann444 :-D you can get infinite level time if you download artmoney and scan unknown value while in a timed level then filter down with value decreased until you only have 20 or so then freeze them until you find one that controls the time.

You have to do it every time you play the game though which sucks because it takes 5 minutes to filter out all the values.

only i got even more problems because i dont have that invisible katamari thingy but a lot of weird artifacts that are blocking my view!

after a lot of testing and fixing.

and those werent on pcsx2 site yet :D

and using an other type of pcsx2 build.

depending on what graphics plugin you use, you get different glitches. with the new Gsdx plugin, for example, you won't get the half-transparent katamari, the z-order will be fixed, but there will be funny artifacts all over the screen.

ummmm.....hi, i got the game to work but its all laggy and stuff.....and at the tutorial the back screen was all black......the only things i could see was the prince and the king

1GB RAM

Speed:

Avg Ingame framerate of 35-70 FPS

Avg Menu framerate of 100-150 FPS
