  • This is a great video

  • @floppies If you can do this process a couple of times a day, it would be good. The important thing is to monitor the results on a to 10 scale. You ask yourself how you feel about the particular statement you are asking and if your thought about money are less negative that day, decide where it fits on your scale. Your goal is to feel "0" where it comes to having thoughts that stop you from achieving your potential.

  • How often am I supposed to do this? Once a day?

  • @multiversegirl at first, you should do it 2 or 3 times on the day 1. Always ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 how you feel about the power statement you are making. This will help you determine whether you need more work regarding that affirmation.

  • @keenmarketer Thanks so much for such a prompt reply :) I'm definitely going to listen to your advice and do feedback if there's any change for the better.

  • how about we stop wiring our brains to the "millionaire mindset", it's fucked and it's fucking us. How about we try and wire our brains to contribute something positive to society

  • @MIPDANCE I can appreciate where you are coming from but contributing something positive starts with our own actions and words first. Maybe eliminating some words from your vocabulary would be a step in that direction.

  • @MIPDANCE a millionaire mindset is a positive, generous one.

  • Why do you skip the ring finger when tapping?

  • @DiaShanti sorry, but I really don't know. I'm sure it was explained when I first learned it from it's creator but now the answer totally escapes me. Maybe someone else would have an answer for you.

  • @keenmarketer how rich is mr. eckhart? and how rich have you become since using his techniques?

  • @DiaShanti Thumb: Lungs

    Index finger: Large Intestines

Middle finger: Pericardium (sac around the heart)

Ring finger: Triple burner (organ-energy system, which is not recognized in Western physiology, not associated with fight or flight response, so maybe that's why.)

Pink finger: Heart / Small intestines

  • @s6y9l Thanks. That was helpful of you :-) Interesting.

  • I was fine until you said singing would be involved. I said, oh no, lol. This is very helpful to open to my mind to the possiblitlies of my consciousness, thank you:)

  • @starkid77 the singing I'm talking about is really just a little humming and a quick 1 line "happy birthday to you" Now that's not so hard is it?

  • Nice video. Very well done.

One slip up on your part..... what do you mean you are not the world's greatest singer? Singing is one of our greatest gifts from God and it can be extremely healing. Using EFT I went from a miserable singer who never dared to sing in public to a very lovely singer in just a few weeks plus a bit of daily practice. Tap and sing! The world will thank you !

    Respect and Oneness,

    mender

  • @menderfire9 , what a great possibility! I must start tapping right away and improve my croak of a voice. Maybe by the spring, I'll sound more like a bird than a frog :)

  • @keenmarketer Yes, it is a great possibility, but ooooooh my goodness, there you go, making awful belittling judgments about your self, your precious voice.

That's just plain toxic. I feel strongly about these precious issues of self-expression, because the act of belittling is such a common demeaning practice which is just plain insidious. I am a toxin-buster; so please pardon me for getting on your case! You're worth it! ... and so is everyone else.

    mender

  • @menderfire9 You are so right. We don't often see how we talk about ourselves. Thank you for pointing that out. I accept it with humble appreciation of your so "keen" perceptions.

  • Very interesting, not come across EFT before. Perhaps it's a little similar to NLP

  • @pgjr00 EFT is quite similar to NLP but so much easier to work with because it is easy to learn.

  • thank you.. right to the point

  • EFT is not for everyone and if one is a skeptic of any self improvement method to start with, then I would expect this type of comment.

  • this is ridiculous!!!!!!!

  • It might seem ridiculous to many but it does not mean that it doesn't work. EFT is a very well-known and supported discipline used by many health professionals, especially therapists.

  • I am guessing that these movements in the middle activate certain areas of the brain, like moving the eyes or looking down, firing all of these neurons and "priming" them to be receptive to the new emotional programming?

  • thank u for a great video!
