Accidents like this are very preventable. It only takes the will to install the right equipment in the track system. I worked for a railroad for 28 years. We had "automatic speed control". It senses anything wrong with the track up ahead, the presence of another train ahead and if the train is going too fast it slows or stops it. Can Egypt install such a system? Our windows are also made to be knocked out from inside in an emergency.
