  • no offense alanbell but i wanted his opionion not yours.No it doesn't really make sense thats why i asked for His input. Most powerlifters train the lockout thats usually the weakness. most guys fail at the top of the lift if you fail at the chest its just way to heavy. He benches 600 so i wanted to hear his method not yours brother thanks anyway

  • i had the pleasure of seeing you squat 1000 raw and bench 600 your mad strong and im in no way ragging or being a hater im just asking to learn. why do u train alot of your bench with a limited range of motion. It seems as though you concentrate alot on the begining of the bench as opposed to the lockout. Your a very impressive powerlifter and im just trying to learn from someone much stronger then me.

  • @theright2bfly Let's really think about your question...if you are weak through a given range of the bench press, wouldn't it make sense to train THAT range?
