Käsespätzle :) mmhhhm yummy, but spätzle are spätzle(i.E. spaetzle), a specialty from Southern Germany, made by boiling small lumps of dough made from flour and eggs. And noodles are just nudeln.

And about the Autobahn: fact is that the german Autobahn got circa 12800 km of distance, while 7700 km are without speedlimit, however in detail the Autobahn get consistently interrupted by speedlimits.

Why do you have to put down your own people. The Oktoberfest experience is similar to all large festivals. They are crowded, there are lots of line ups and they are expensive. I don't know where you live in Germany, but where I come from, if you go into a pub and ordering kaes spaetsle with that ridiculour tone of voice, they will definitely think you have gone mad!
