  • Ouch! Watch that lumbarflexion! Especially that white dude in a dark shorts and a light grey t-shirt should get his form together. Apart from that, insane intensity. Stick to it guys! But do not sacrifice form over weights.

  • dude it's high school but 570lbs isn't too much in 12 grade i was cutting weight and i did 450lbs and i only started doing then that year for 2-3 months lol i got pics of me doing the leg press with 5 plats and some kid sitting on the leg press rack i lifted him and the weight for over 12reps, i gotta get back into it i'm trying so far been back for a month

  • Form pays off:D. I have seen the progress from them, since you started posting videos. I have seen a very big improvement in form and by accomplishing that. They made a ton of gains:D
