i cant remember. But they are the full HP of the BS since you can see i am destroying most in one Volly. Of course this was before ccp decided to nerf their damage. They are now only 100% per level instead of 200%

The new titan looks so much fun to fly. As far as I understand, before dominion, titan tactics consisted mostly of warp in, DD and hope you didn't get tackled by DD survivors/stuff waiting off grid, warp out, cloak/POS up. Looks like the new ones have at least some more tactical use, and should at least cut down somewhat on the tedium of loitering at a POS/SS.

it depends what you mean by better. It was better in terms as more dangerous to the enemy but it also was very unbalanced and overpowered.

CCP said with these changes they where gona reduce the mineral cost of titans... ive yet to see them back that up!! still i really like the new titan, its not over powered its just powered in a different way, there wont be any more of these 4 plated 3 doomsday proof bs fits combat will be faster, atleast by a little. meaning i get to kill more, more often and probably die just as often :) BOOOYAHH!!

Personally i think it would be a mistake to make them cheaper. Although they will be harder to build without sov 4's the inevitable inflation in eve will make them more and more attainable as time goes on. CCP themselves said they only expected a few of them to built and now there are 230 confirmed.
