I'm glad Hillary support diplomacy first before rushing in to meet with those leaders. Remember, one dictator called our current president the" spawn of the devil." Another leader who denies the Holocaust ever occured while the third leader repeatedly violated international standards to try to develop nuclear weapons. By all means, try diplomacy first! The president should meet when there is a constructive agenda.

Most politicians are criticized for going back on their word. Hillary is giving the tough answers that mean she won't have to back track on what she's said. Invariably it's easy for young, inexperienced candidates to pander, she does not! We should be thankful especially in light of the actions of the current administration.

I think it's great that India's parliament elected a female president, but in India the "president" is a ceremonial position. The prime minister holds the real power in that case. Hillary commanded the stage. She was the only candidate that consistently addressed the individuals posing questions, which made a big difference. She was the closest to mastering the forum format, thus conveying one of the strongest images. Also, the answer to this question was amazingly put.

How can it hurt to meet with leaders of other nations? Just invite them to the White House. Then you as President can set the agenda and you will not be "used" for propaganda purposes. Then if they do not accept your invitation you can always say you invited them to the table! Think out of the box, not in the box others try to put you in!

I'm sorry, you missed the point. Inviting someone to the White House is a deeply symbolic gesture that implies that you trust that person and that that person is willing to work with you in kind. If you have not done the diplomatic negotiations to find out just who these people are and what they're after, you very well may wind up with an embarrassing incident for the US and its standing at large. We need to improve, not worsen, our diplomatic effort.

The meeting does not need to be in the White House, in our country or thiers but a place where a third party could be included. The bottom line is it needs to be done and done as soon as possible.
