Rosemary oil and neem oil have very limited efficacy in mite control. A much better option is to mix a solution in de-ionized water of Azadirachtin 1.25%, Neem oil extract 0.50%, Pyrethrins 0.10% and Potassium salts of fatty acids 0.82%. This will kill them dead. Spray once a week through week 6 of flowering. Spray well. Shake off excess. No residual will remain after 2 weeks. AzaMax/Gardner's Choice (70% neem oil)/Concern by Safer are the three products I use.
I hate those freakin things, the red ones in my case.
