And than i changed the screen size.

But i choosed a to big size.. And now when i strart CS1.6 my screen is gonna wild, it says:

and it isn't possible to click anything. Is it possible to change that when i'm not ingame?

normally scripts should be commands that automatically turn on (or off ) when counter-strike is opened, as well, the scripts u use to do an action or to buy etc.. should usually be binded to a key in order to use them.

Hmm, seems a bit odd, but it should be named userconfig as a CFG file.

hey what you have is a windows user issue, in windows open a folder go to tools, folder options ,then view, then uncheck hide extensions for know file types. after you do that you can rename file types, becarful cause U can mess stuff up

i cant get it work first i made a text document in notepad, then i saved it as userconfig.cfg but it is still an text document named userconfig.cfg.txt so what can i do? i tested to make it to all other file formats and thy work so why not .cfg? HELP!

first save it: "Userconfig" Then, 'Save As' "Userconfic.cfg" and you should find a new notepad document which is a CFG file.

Umm if you mean renaming it, it will work but everytime you restart cs, ur gunna have to type in console "exec "inputdesirednamehere.cfg" so I guess this name makes it a bit easier.

Note to those confused from this video:

When he says choose cstrike folder, before that you have to choose the Counter Strike folder. Also, where he says name it "userconfig .cfg", don't put a space in between.

after u save it as userconfig.cfg, another userconfig in "note pad" should appear and it SHOULD be a cfg file. Dont forget to delete the "text doc" (PS. If you have windows vista, my method wont work... If u do, tell me and ill give u instructions on how to do it with Vista.
