What? This is not Shakespeare at all!! How old are these kids!? I would love it if they wouldpronounce their syllables so that I could hear them, and this sounds like they just took the translated version from No Fear Shakespeare off of sparknotes and performed those lines!

wtf.ITS MODERNIZED.hell,im in the 6th grade and we did this play a few weeks ago and we didn't even dare to do anything to the original script!and btw,even though we were all girls,you wouldnt see any of the male characters wearing skirts :|

It isn't americans that are the problem, it's that these children are butchering the genius Prose in which it was written. You ruin alot of little bonuses that William S leaves us if you have to make it modern, It's not their fault, its that these children are too young to understand the play in the form it was originally written in.
