PAX 2010: Developer Walkthrough - Xbox Live on Windows Phone 7

I'm really interested in getting this however a quick questions. Do I need to own an Xbox 360 just so I can play or download these games from the Microsoft store?

Yes I love this game and the last one that they showed when they fully explained how it works... I am going to get WP7 on the Samsung GT-i8700/Samsung Omnia 3....
