  • ohh my god. I cry with this song...

I sow in the movie theater long time ago, and I cry too

    thank you friend

  • Notice that “no one else will do” means “no other person will be satisfactory to me”, rather than “no other person will do that”, as translated in Spanish in the subtitles. In the Portuguese language, which is rather similar to Spanish, it is sad “ninguém mais serve” or “ninguém mais serviria”.

  • @walttermsilva , sorry you're wrong ''No one else will do'' means ''No one else will (share it with me)'' following the words ''I want to share all my love with you''

It goes like this: ''I want to share all my love with you...no one else will share it with me''

Or it goes like this: ''I want to share all my love with you...no one else will share all my love''

  • "do" is an auxiliary verb and it's used here so that you don't repeat ''share my love'', here's an example:

My mother is going to take care of me, no one else will do (''do'' is used instead of ''take care of me'')

If you need more examples just let me know, thanks.

  • @pabs05312 In “no one else will do”, the auxiliary verb is will, rather than to do, a verb without object. A helping verb helps a nonauxiliary verb. In dictionary dotcom, “do” as an auxiliary verb (definitions 32-34) apply to interrogative, negative and emphatic forms. Checking the meanings of words and their parts of speech in dictionaries does help a lot in translations. Anyway, you do write and translate well in English. Congrats on your video, a very good one, at that. (2012-01-01 19:47)

  • @pabs05312 I insist: see dictionary dotcom, definition 28 (verb without object) to do = to serve, to be satisfactory. Example: Will this do? =pt: Isto serve? (Is this satisfactory to you?). You meant here to do in the definition 31: “ used as a substitute to avoid repetition of a verb of full verb expression.: I think as you do.” For having the meaning you referred to, the sentence in this song would be “no one else will do it” (see definition number 1).

  • @walttermsilva ,thank you for your comment, as I said it's used to avoid repetition, and the translation into Spanish is ''no one else will do it'' = ''Nadie más lo hará''

  • That´s what I feel for my Smooch. I love you infinity!!!!!

  • amo este video y mas que nada la letra

  • J'♥
