Game is awesome but it's way too short, there is no bots to play multiplayer by urself, no mission editors. Just a shame there's nothing to do after u play the 11 missions again.  Don't get me wrong, this is THE best game if you like dive bombers attacking carriers.

Before you get to the Phoenix you know you can tour pearl harbor and the setup is the same as the actual pearl harbor on that day i recommend touring before you get to the Phoenix

Not exactly.... There were 102 ships at pearl harbor, NONE of which were Atlanta, Clemson, or New York Class ships. Niether of the New Yorks (New York and Texas) were there, and the classes are as follows: Nevada class: USS Nevada and USS Oklahoma Pennsylvania Class: Pensylvania and Arizona Tennessee class: Tennessee and California Colorado class: Maryland and West Virginia. As for Destroyers...

No clemsons were there, the 30 Destroyers there were either Sampson, Wickes, Farragut, Porter, Mahan or Bagley class. The 6 light cruisers there, none were Atlanta, they were either Omaha, Brooklyn or St. Loius class. There were 4 subs there, the game was right about Narwhal and Tautog, but Nautilus wasnt there, and it left out the Polphin and Cachalot. But I gues the programmers figured they would save time and do everything as they did.

ya I suppose you meant the Dynasty Warrior 5? which is the most recent one. But in my opinion, the best/most representative work of the series is Dynasty Warrior 3 (PS2 game, also on PC), other works are more or less repetition of 3. I won't suggest Dynasty Warrior 2 (PS era!) only because of the outdated graphics.

tactics come in when you have multiple ships and planes to command, you usually cant fight everyone yourself so you have to balance where you assign units and where you assist them, also when a torpedo hits a ship a leak is formed and cannon shots can set ships on fire or disable its guns and other parts, you must balance the crews duties to keep an edge in battle. so yeah, its just one mission.
