Dishwalla didn't have a single member in their band that could even sing harmony live, so you at least trumped them on that. I thought this was way better than their version anyway. It's obvious you have more talent than them, singing harmony live would be one of them for sure, and you have only 1 guitarist.
@BAMAMARV No disrespect to this band they are good but for you to say they are better than the original. I will have to disagree. And not a single member of dishwalla can sing harmony live?? A complete idiot would only say that.
@basti9791 I saw 3 live videos and nobody was singing harmony. If they could, surely they would have in at least one of those 3. This band CAN sing harmony and plays the music just as well; therefore, they are more talented in my opinion than Dishwalla.
@basti9791 Also, please confine your comments to the issue and not ignorant, ad hominem attacks against the person who disagree with you. Show some respect and intelligence for others.
@BAMAMARV How about that, lets talk about respect. I only show them when it's due and in your case, you do not deserve it. Read you comment again about dishwalla, then you tell me about respect. Intelligence? Dishwalla wouldn't have made it big if they can't do what you say they can't do. Think about it. Where's your intelligence on that? You based your opinion on live performances where bands change their song versions all the time . You want harmony? Go listen to simon and garfunkel.
@basti9791 Everyone deserves respect. My opinion about Dishwalla's talent vs this band was just an opinion and it didn't lack respect --- it just happens to leave Dishwalla on the short end, which is what happens when you compare --- somebody usually loses. In my 31 years as a pro, I've never heard of a band do a song version that omits harmony unless they can't do it; it's a SIMPLE 2-part harmony. I also wouldn't call what they achieved "making it big" --- it's a "one-small-hit wonder" band.
Just a suggestion. The guitar tones could've been better. Amazing cover guys. :)

Very nice, I usually don't care much for covers, but your rendition is perfect. Thanks for putting a smile on my face after a very long day at work.
