Watched all movies, red all the books, bought the merch. But then i just thought that it's not the most important part of my life. @XFreeStyleZX I don't see a need to change anything about my love for Harry Potter. As long as it does not seriously damage your abilities to live a healthy life, I see no reason to suppress or hide love for any franchise. Besides, people get it wrong. I grew up being very passionate about the book series, so it will always be a big part of my life. But I haven't really given the HP franchise much thought since I made this video. I am not obsessed :)

When you said that you are who you are today because of Harry, I cried. I began reading HP at age 11 (I'm 25 now), and it shaped me too. @shiblets Yeah, but funnily enough it's ended so many times now. When the book came out in English, when it came out in Swedish, when the movie played, when the movie was released on DVD. I don't know. And each of those times, nothing's really changed. Well, a bit. But the HP franchise is still very much alive. PARTS of our childhood ended, sure, sure. I'll buy that. But it's not like it all died and disappeared :) We can still revisit.

For me it has truly ended, because unless people are writing fanfictions, the story ended, there will be no more progressions, the characters lives have just....completed. I suppose in some respects it's because I didn't like the ending of the books -- But also, I would have been happier if they had ended when they were still teens...but that is me~ xD

I simply meant that a moment or situation, or a person, or whatever, doesn't have to be entirely flawless to be perfect. Not like my parents said "Well, she has a heart condition, clearly our daughter isn't perfect, she's imperfect and flawed ugh!" when I was born. They thought I was perfect anyway. Partly BECAUSE of the 'imperfections'.
