PETA actually does'nt have the means to rehab all the Vicks dogs which would have made them a danger to adopt out.But there is a great place in Utah called Best Friends and they took all the vick dogs that deemed unadoptable and were to be destroyed. Many of these were adopted out once they went thru rigorous training and deemed safe for people/animals.those that were'nt will stay at the compound for the rest of their life,and they have their own cemetary with headstones for each animal.
