Many of you are asking the redundant question, "Who is Ned Ragget?". Ned Ragget was born and raised in Communist China, as a child robot prototype model for future families of the area. He was later kidnapped by the Russians to become a gold medal winning Ice Skater. After his first victory in the 1940 Winter Olympics he was drugged and woke up in Congo with a gun pointed to his head. He was led down to a holding cell with no doors and no windows. The Cold War resulted over Ned's Wherabouts.
