Adam, that guitar he's using is a Kramer Jersey Star reissue. It is a reissue of the Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi) Kramer signature model. I believe the Jersey Star is now discontinued, however, I have seen them pop up on Ebay so I would keep my eye on Ebay for a little bit. You should eventually find it there. I hope this helps!

Dude, you can find a bunch about the 80's like, anywhere on the net.

Some of my favorites are Winger, Cinderella, Motley Crue, Warrant, Slaughter, Steelheart, Skid Row, Def Leppard, Firehouse, Leatherwolf, Mr, Big, Racer X, Tesla, Tora Tora, WASP... There's so many bands from that era and they were all great, so much better than the stupid crap that's out today...

Oh, and Savatage is incredible.. Criss Oliva was one of the greatest guitarists, in my opinion.
