foods dont necessarily cause eczema because eczema is heriditary ...its caused from asthma and things like that...some food, enviroments and animals cause it to flare up..i went to the doctor and i got my allergy test back and i found out that im allergic to chicken, milk, beef, dogs, roaches, grass, mold and about 50 other things..NO LIE..if you have eczema go to a allergist find out what you shouldnt have..take lukewarm showers and AIR DRY..no towel..wash your clothes and keep your house clean..
Thanks719: You hit it on the head. There is no money for Big Pharma if we all just ate a whole food diet and took responsibility for our own health. It's a lot easier for a doc to write ax RX rather then take the time to help us determine what is actually causing the problem. "Food, Inc" is a must see also. Thanks for getting the word out; good job.
I have been tested about all those foods and I had all the results negatives, as well I tried a raw vegetable diet, and unfortunetely didnt work. The only thing that helped me was consume huge amounts of honey, coconut oil and olive oil.
So what should I eat. To tell u the truth though Dr. if we follow all these things we may just stop eating period lol. I have been drinking Soy milk all along thinking that it'll go away. I have had eczema from birth. what should I do. Bear in mind I have four tiny fibroids left in the lining for my uterus after doing surgery taking out one large one.
@BellaaMarlene I am stating that these things are causes of eczema and for those who have the condition, then they need to address the root issues which I described in the video.
@BellaaMarlene its not that the food cause eczema just by themselves. Its that the person affected is probably predisposed to eczema (it's in their genes) and the food acts as a sort of catalyst for the eczema to appear. In simpler terms, you are what you eat - therefore, if you have eczema and you eat certain foods that will irritate your eczema gene, then you WILL consequently have outbreaks. If you dont eat foods that will irritate your eczema gene, then you WONT have outbreaks.
@daddysgirl3471 thanks, I stopped eating dairy and the eczema I had for 20 years went away in a week. been eczema free for 6 months now. the one other thing that can make eczema flare up is weather. its getting cold outside and my hands are getting dry and as a result had some minor eczema on my hands. I put lotion on it once and it went away within two days.
@BellaaMarlene the number of people who have eczema are growing in the western world. It means that something is wrong with our habits, whether it's food or environmental causes. Now, some people are more sensitive than others, just like some people get allergies and others don't...
I suffered with eczema since I was a girl. There were times when I could NOT sleep cause it itched SO MUCH that it was painful! but as a got older & became "natural" (hair). I started 2 look in2 natural hair/skin products like shea butter & alata soap. & recently I've been workin on my diet ( so far no pork, beef, little chicken, turkey, fish). After I made these change my skin is SO much better!
I don't think it's that simple. I get eczema flair ups and I can't pin point why. I'm eating the 80/10/10 diet which is basically just tons of fruit, and veggies. Why would I eczema get worse eating this "pure" diet?
Hmmm I have no reason why you would be getting worse. The main thing and probably the worst is the dairy products though. I have been eating everything organic only and have been eating a body cleanse with herbs specifically an herb called Mullein. I have seen a difference in my skin and acne is going away. The pain is no longer there.
i agree with u mate
