I leave my plugs in for (depending on how my ears feel) 3-4 days. If I have tears, I start cleaning them everyday and sea salt soaking ASAP. I would recommend down sizing though, even though I didnt.

I stretched my cartilage to a 14g and use my labret studs, because I retired that, but they work REALLY well :)
