Ok I don't know yet if hyrule was flooded, but heres what I do know. Link comes of age and gets his trademark clothes. Tetra the pirate is captured by a bird being used by Ganon. Link rescues her but then the bird takes Links sis thinking its Tetra. So you go out to rescue her with the help of your magic boat.
