George Bush has a lower than average IQ, probabley around 80 or so (the average IQ is 100) and you need a better than average IQ to be president. Barack Obama has an IQ of 130.

Honestly, I think the opposite. He sucks massive conkey dock as a head of state. That being said, I do sorta like how he speaks, in general. If he wasn't who he was and hadn't been such a screw up president, I might like him more. Though, if he continues talking.. in some other contexts after this year, I might come to like him more, lol.
