it was possible for a vill to make to RV when sirens and what-not first came out,
all you had to do was get a troller to stack confuse on you(make it to where you think your hero) and hit phase(Police drones couldnt hit through phase) click the door and you were in
I'm serious. His name is Titian Titan and he's currently haunting RV and the arena. I love the fact I can kill almost anything without resorting to reds. I miss the perception sometimes

It's an altered demo file. Type /demorecord myrecording while in-game to start recording. Do a search for many of the guides on the forums.

in answer there was a bug where a villain could get past drones in sc and go to atlas, it was fixed awhile go.
