This is filmed on the flander's christmas horse jumping in Mechelen that's why it is in Dutch.

The people who organised this event called it the mini steeple that's why the title says 'mini steeple' and it is just for the show. It's not really a competition because these kids race for fun, so these ponies will not be slaughtered. A lot of these ponies don't race much, only for this special event.

i just how love immature, short stirrup kids are. if you look, all the pony's bits are very soft. granted, the kids are hanging on their mouths for balance. but alot of high strung horses or ponys mouths are already quite hard. so hanging for support doesnt seem to phaze them. look at the thoroughbred jockys, their reins are held awful tight, and those horses are young.
