I think he's a really funny stand up performer and I liked his sitcom abd all, but he is probably the best talk show guest ever. I think it's not only because he's funny, but it's the reactions he gets from the hosts. he's so uncontained, that they really let loose with him

I think Norm's being silly here, and riffing on his father who's so crotchety and closed-minded that he hated "The Twilight Zone" because he "thought it was too fantastical." Norm's great because he just doesn't care; he can be silly and say whatever the hell he wants and make whatever absurd joke he wants - like when you're with your friends and just tell inside jokes to each other that no one else gets - and Norm doesn't care if no one gets it.
