I liked the recording and the pictures of the old post cards you used. I also have a collection of old postcards. My favorite ones in my collection are the ones with artwork by Alphonse Mucha.

Grzegorz, I've been trying to recall another tune that sounds like this and, of course, it's the early jazz standard "JADA".

I bought a s/h copy of "Memoirs of Hadrian" and after three nights I'm still on page 3!

Is yours in the original French? That would get me asleep even faster.

G, I did the same except that I like champagne and my book was Brian Rust's "The Dance Bands" so I woke up with the light still on, the book on my face and a slight headache. Thanks for sharing these brilliant records and best wishes for 2009.
