huh. This whole time I was thinking how the above scene never actually happened in the game, but I guess this is actually the time when gibari gave kalas a ride in his fishing boat. It makes it look like they're out at sea. random realization.

@suiriryoku Interesting posit. Travelling the Lesser Celestial River? Considering the raft is capable of air travel, it's curious why the would choose to navigate the turbulence. Then again, Gabari is a fisherman. Perhaps he just feels at home in the water and finds it a worthwhile rarity, even if a somewhat dangerous one. I like it.

@suiriryoku The other scene that's in the intro that isn't shown explicitly in the game (to my knowledge) is when Savyna says tells Gibari to run and he says "Go away!" at her. Made me laugh when I first saw it, but once I realised where it came from (post-Lava Caves incident), I didn't laugh anymore when I saw it... but excellent game, nevertheless ^_^

this game has incredible music, some of the best ive ever heard from any game, i always wondered who was the composer behind it all, and this is one of my fav here very creepy alittle grotesque an well delivered.

The composer is Motoi Sakuraba :) all his work is great.
