  • I think this could be slightly earlier than 1990 because it looks like Roland Wolf on keyboards & he was in the band between 1986 - 1989. Not sure where it is though.

    I THINK it's Fuji fest in Japan. I saw it on this old channel (Trio) that's not around anymore once. The quality (audio and video) here is appropriately great.
