Looks really good I am going to have to try and make those potatos. Also ceramic knives do work great I use my wife's ceramic knife more than I use my high dollar Japanese cutlery hands down. Oh by the way how dose you ceramic potato peeler work

Super good, keep that beef rarish. Just had some some beef guisada, "Meat and gravy" I always make sure to cook my stewed stuff slow and low, well protien. Either way I'd eat this anytime I could afford it.

Might want to drain the oil before pouring in the stock. Pouring liquids into hot oil can cause a fire, gotta be careful with that.

Otherwise good stuff.
